Taste of Science events are designed to increase promotion and engagement of scientists that support public apreciation and awareness of how science works, who scientists are, and why science matters.
Taste of Science events for journalists:
You will be our guest at a lunch/dinner reception.
During Taste of Science events you will enjoy a regional meal while scientists will entertain you explaining their research.
You will receive a media kit, with all documents that you may need to follow up with your own story.
We - and the scientists - will be grateful if you will publish a story based upon what you will hear and see at the event.
These events are especially designed for you to get to know active researchers. You will be encouraged to follow up with them.

Our current - and first - Taste of Science event is rising much interest. Scientists are willing to contribute. The host event (ESOF 2010) endorsed event with enthusiasm. Sponsors are keen on supporting the event.
